Description
The geo located map of Finnish science is to observe: where, when and what has been created as a technical/knowledge artefact. A primary backbone of data to learn about previous success in research and innovation to identify the accumulated capacities of scientific themes/regions for future successes.Also the "Science Map" is to locate large problems (missions) rather than disciplines with spatial, time and knowledge generator unit resolution.
