Short bio
I have completed Master's degree in Textile Materials (specialization in chemistry) from India, and a Ph.D. in Material Engineering from Czech Republic. After graduation, I was involved in developing durable conductive materials (from textile waste) to develop PPE (antiviral, EMI shielding, etc) at Czech Republic. Later, I worked on the sustainable coloration of novel MMCF at Aalto University, Finland, and currently, I am working as a Scientist at the VTT Technical Research Center of Finland.
My experience ranges from textile materialists through sustainable processing, dye synthesis, textile recycling (Waste2Value), and digitization in the textile value chain including IoT, Metaverse.
