Short bio

Arto Wallin, D.Sc (tech), M.Sc. (Econ), is a professional in business design, strategy and system dynamics. He has worked over 20 years in numerous challenging R&D positions in various fields (e.g. digital health, finance, manufacturing industry, and logistics). This helps him to understand and communicate with varying experts but also to see the whole.  Recently his roles have focused on corporate strategy and foresight and on understanding how emerging technologies (e.g. robotics, AI, or Quantum Computing) transform the world around us; people and their lives as well as businesses and even whole industries. 

He is a manager with a strong capability to build and coordinate winning teams to tackle complex challenges. He thrives in working in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural settings. He also loves to pass his knowledge forward and has guided and mentored over 100 companies, from small start-up teams to multinational corporations, which aim to design new digital services and future business.
