Emmi Koskimies (MSc Admin.) is a a Research scientist at VTT Ethics and Responsibility of innovation and Doctoral Researcher in the field of administrative science at the Faculty of Management and Business, Tampere University, Finland. Koskimies’ doctoral research and current research interests focus on artificial intelligence in public service provisioning, mutuality in multi-agent collaboration and ethics of AI-powered public service innovation processes.

She has practical experience in developing and studying leadership,  service development and change projects working at local government, Finnish energy industry and in AI research. Her background is in RDI and co-creation in the public sector, especially municipalities e.g. in the projects of public governance digitalization, smart city development and knowledge management.
