My expertise areas are related to sustainability assessment, sustainability management and circular economy. My research tasks are often related to collecting and combining information that is produced using different research methods and that represents different aspects of sustainability. I have experience from product and technology development projects related to forest industry, process industry, ICT and recycling. I have a doctoral degree in Economics and Business Administration (Management and organization studies), and studies in environmental policy, economic sociology and corporate responsibility.

My research interests include environmental and social sustainability, life cycle assessment, life cycle thinking and sustainability communication. I'm especially interested in how sustainability information can be used to support decision-making in different contexts, and how stakeholders can be involved in the assessment process.
