Expertise area
I am a Senior Scientist with background in clinical nutrition. My main research areas have been in human nutrition and postprandial and intervention studies, functional foods, glucose metabolism, type II diabetes, and related physiological and gut-mediated effects. Promoting wellbeing with personalized food and nutrition solutions interests me more and more. I also have working experience from food business, sensory evaluation and consumer surveys, and project management.
