Personal profile

Research interests

I am interested in (medical) image data processing and large scale computing.  I have also system administration and design expertice with linux virtualisation technologies like KVM.

Expertise area

I have a Ph.D. degree from Biomedical Signal Processing within fMRI data analysis. My Master’s degree was from the field of Signal Processing with minors in Communication Techologies and Industrial Management.

Beside research, I am also experienced in teaching within multimedia and image processing topics. As an academic hobby, I am also one of the main developers of open source fMRI data analysis tool ISCtoolbox.
