My expertise combines R&D&I of food industry to the regulatory framework and scientific evidence. Happy to work as a part of VTT’s food experts and turn various raw materials (especially novel) to functional protein and lipid ingredients and these ingredients to food solutions with authentic taste, texture and nutritional profile. Proud to develop the future of food!
