Expertise area

My field of expertise covers innovation strategies and practices of knowledge-intensive service organizations. Over the years, I have supported in practice and developed in theory, methods to support the creation of innovations as collaborative learning efforts between employees, managers, and users. In my Doctoral Dissertation I create a model how to organize innovation activities as practical and strategy-based learning activity.
