Research interests
I have years of experience in supporting b-to-b companies, their networks and ecosystems in the development of better user, customer and stakeholder experience. My special interest lies in the organizational development and renewal and on how to commit the whole organization to the development process and change the mindset inside organisations. In addition, I am currently focusing on how b-to-b companies could better understand and anticipate the future customer experience and what could be the driver for the stronger future orientation.
All this work is conducted in research projects, where the customer work is supported with high-level academic research activities producing variety of research deliverables and articles. Besides the substance knowledge, my expertise lies in the ability to combine these two sides in a way that benefits both. In addition, I have expertise in planning and managing these projects.
Expertise area
I work in close collaboration with companies to help them solve the challenges that are most topical for them at the moment. Participatory methods, workshops and ideating sessions, as well as interviews are utilised to find the solutions for business development together.
