Short bio

I hold MSc in Biochemistry (2004) and MSc (Tech.) in Industrial Engineering and Management (2019) both from the University of Oulu, Finland. I have been working at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland (Oulu) as a Research Scientist (2005-2017), QEHS Specialist (2018-2019) and as QEHS Manager (2019 onwards), with previous researcher experience from University of Oulu, Finland.

My current work topics include quality, environment and occupational health and safety with special interest in medical device quality management. My previous researcher and project manager career covered topics in biosensing, point-of-care diagnostics and printed optical and electrical sensors.
