I am a senior bioinformatics scientist with experience in statistical and machine learning-based analysis of a variety of biological data, including next-generation sequencing (NGS), microarray, and mass spectrometry-based metabolomics and proteomics data. I can be contacted in matters related to any biological data analysis.
Research interests
Omics data analysis ([meta]genomics, [meta]transcriptomics, and metabolomics), synthetic biology (Design, Test and Learn), and automation workflows.
