Renne Tergujeff (M) (M.Sc. Tech. in Information Technology) is working at VTT where he has performed in researcher, project manager and team leader roles. Currently he is a Senior Scientist in the area of data-driven solutions, working in the field of remote sensing of land. He is currently managing the Forestry Thematic Exploitation Platform (Forestry TEP) operations and the corresponding project for ESA. He has experience also in transport support systems, mobile consumer services and citizen science. He has participated in national and EU research projects investigating e.g. ICT based solutions in support of road transport, ice navigation and air quality management, and has performed contract research work for the European Space Agency, the Finnish Transport Agency and the Directorate General Enterprise and Industry of the EC.
