Description
The project's goal is to provide insights and impact analyses to Business Finland to support national policy discussions and strategic work. The project is carried out in close collaboration with Business Finland, VTT, and MDI's core team, supported by a broad pool of experts. The aim is to develop impact assessment methods and produce concrete proposals to improve Finland's innovation environment and Business Finland's impact.
Specific aim in the project relates e.g. to the following topics: Mission Model Implementation which focuses on concretizing and operationalizing the mission impact model and Nokia Veturi Case to understand the external effects of public support targeted at large companies, assess Business Finland's impact on Nokia Veturi's development, and create a case format to support ecosystem evaluation.
