Description
The objective in this project was to improve emission monitoring status in India. The project focuses on strengthening the competences of emission measurements of Central Pollution Control Board, CPCB, and State Pollution Control Boards (SPCB´s). Project was funded by Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, MFA.
