Description
The objective in this project was to develop emission monitoring capacities in Uruguay. The project focuses on strengthening the competences of emission measurements of our partner LATU (Laboratorio Tecnológico del Uruguay. Also other Uruguayn stakeholders took part in the project, such as e.g.DINAMA, IM, MIEM, MVOTMA, MIEM and ANCAP. The project was funded by Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, as ICI- project (Institutional cooperation instrument).
