FoodMyWay - Smart food manufacturing at the point of purchase based on individual needs

The Food My Way project will develop a smart machine that manufactures customised food according to personalised orders. The project will combine food and digital technologies with consumer science for creation of new innovations. The aim is to enable manufacturing of freshly made healthy and tasty food for individual needs, based on order, and at the point of consumption. An intelligent service alongside the smart machine will be created to recommend and guide the user for choosing healthy and suitable snacks based on user’s own profile and needs.
