Description
Digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI) open up opportunities to streamline and improve work processes. When AI and digital solutions are introduced in people-oriented fields such as social and health services, it is important to increase understanding of how new solutions affect work, its meaningfulness and ethical principles. A joint project between VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd and the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, funded by Business Finland, is investigating the impact of artificial intelligence and digital innovations on working life. The aim is to develop a co-evaluation model and practice to support the adoption of digital and artificial intelligence innovations. The model will be generalised to broadly support the management of socially sustainable digital transformation in Finnish working life.
