Project Details
Layman's description
Project Alpha researches and develops technologies for mission specific and integrated digital situational awareness for networked federated cross-agency operations. Explored technologies include European data sharing architectures, such as Gaia-X; cybersecurity, cyber situational awareness, as well as sensing and sharing of data from heterogeneous data sources. The target is to build platform, technology, and data models which enable the consolidation of data from various systems and data sources. The platform addresses requirements related to situational awareness of public safety authorities. A particular focus is on the user scenarios related to detection of hybrid threats as well as secure federation and common situational awareness between different authorities.
