Description
The study aims to develop a robust and user-friendly system dynamics model to assess the impacts of research and innovation (R&I) policies on competitive sustainability and economic security across the EU, focusing on clean energy technologies and biotech health applications. It will measure the impact of the European Framework Programme for Research & Innovation (EU FP) and selected other policy instruments (e.g. investEU and LIFE)on the green transition, while ensuring practical implementation amid changing priorities on R&I policy.
