Technology Policy 2024 Review

The Technology Policy 2024 Review project strengthens Finland's strategic, long-term, and proactive approach to technology policy by analyzing national and international technology trends, foresight methods, and key policy processes. The project includes a literature review, benchmarking of Sweden’s Vinnova model, and the development of a pilot model for systematic technology foresight and analysis, with quantum technology as a test case. The results will support decision-making, enhance coordination between ministries, and provide a foundation for a recurring technology policy report.
