Abstract
The publication comprises the proceedings of the 11th Nordic
Semiconductor meeting, held at the City Institute in Espoo, Finland.The
meeting follows the 20 year old traditions: papers are presented on a wide
variety of fields explored at Scandinavian research institutes.
