Abstract
The applicability of Rogowski coils for high precision measurements of 50 Hz currents is studied. In the set-up, Rogowski coils serve as current sensors and the amplitude and phase are determined with a sampling voltmeter. Another measurement channel enables current ratio and electrical power measurements. Preliminary expanded uncertainties are of the order of 30 ppm in current and 40 μrad in phase.
