Abstract
A computer program, ATOP, for generating and managing construction schedules is presented. The program includes tools for interactive project breakdown into locations. The activities needed to accomplish each location are defined using an activity type library which also forms a knowledge source for initial schedule calculation. The initial schedule can be analyzed and improved with the aid of tools provided by program.
