Abstract

The NOMATEN Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Multifunctional Materials for Industrial and Medical Applications is a collaborative initiative involving the National Centre for Nuclear Research (NCBJ) in Poland, the Technical Research Centre of Finland (VTT), and the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA). While at the forefront of cutting-edge research on next-generation structural steels and alloys resistant to radiation, temperature, and corrosion, NOMATEN also pioneers innovative studies in the development of theranostic molecular radiopharmaceuticals. These advancements aim in targeted, personalized medicine to revolutionize therapeutic approaches, leading to more effective treatments and significantly improved patient outcomes.
