    Abstract

This paper presents a map-based interface for accessing situated services. The map-application utilises multimodal and context information to rotate, position and zoom the map appropriately. Services can easily be located on the map. Services that are outside the viewed portion of the map are shown on an information border that gives the direction in which the services may be found. An initial architecture to provide multimodal and context information to interested applications is also proposed. Interaction with the services themselves is supported by a generic UI description and adaptation method.
