The present disclosure relates to the field of biomarkers and cancer detection. The disclosure especially relates to an antibody recognizing a biomarker, preferably an extracellular vesicle. The disclosure also relates to vector, host cell, and conjugate thereof. The disclosure also relates to a method of preparing said antibody. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to determining cancer disease state in a subject.
