Abstract
This paper introduces the paradigm of conceptual modeling that covers the concept theory on which Concept D/D is based. Concept D/D is a graphical description tool for conceptual modelling language. Human knowledge and decision making intentions are theoretically analyzed within the frame of physiological affordances, which are localized into sensor motor subsystems. To conclude, a conceptual Concept D/D schema is constructed to a core process by Finnish intermodal operator SeaRail. The main result of the research is the conceptual model of Intermodal Operator business environment by using the Concept D/D.
