Abstract

This chapter describes the methodologies and frameworks employed to evaluate the impact of the GreenSCENT project. Drawing from the approaches of the ACTION and MICS projects, GreenSCENT integrates the theory of change (ToC) and multi-level perspective (MLP) to systematically assess its influence across scientific, social, environmental, economic, and political domains. The framework emphasises the role of key participants, including educators and programme coordinators, in driving change through pilot schools and universities. The chapter describes the data collection, analysis, and evaluation phases of the impact assessment, which involve the use of the MICS platform and the engagement of various stakeholders. It also provides an example of how the impact assessment is applied to one of the project’s activities, the Youth Assemblies.
