    Abstract

    The baseline survey report offers an overview of existing approaches to user-centricity assessment for digital public services. Reported findings include a) user-centricity measurements for digital public services, identified in existing assessment instruments and frameworks b) identified user-centricity measurements applied locally, by the partners of H2020 project UserCentriCities as well as their needs for and expectations from user-centricity measurements.
