Abstract
In the intelligent transport system development community there is an
interest to develop new advanced services based on transport information. The
new services are planned to create increased value to end users and other
stakeholders. Since not all advanced services can rely on public funding, also
the financing and earning models need to be considered. This paper reviews
the current transport information service business models and discusses the
experience and development trends in the field.
