    Abstract

    The research aimed at studying user involvement in the early phase of design process by engaging users to the service conception phase with sketching method. The framework was new augmented reality (AR), three dimensional (3D) and user-centred interior design service concepts that were to be co-designed with amateur and expert designers. Two co-design focus groups were composed of designers, bloggers and serious amateurs in the field of interior design; the lead and critical users of these particular services.
