Abstract
The article presents a case study aimed at studying user involvement in the early phase of design process, and introduces user conception method, sketching, as a mean to receive feedback and ideas from the user group. The co-design groups were composed of designers, bloggers and serious amateurs in the field of interior design - the lead and critical users of the envisioned services.
