Abstract

C-ITS research and development has been carried out for years. Experiments have been executed and results received, but deployment activities in real life environments have been limited. A Celtic Plus project CoMoSeF - Co-operative Mobility Services of the Future developed solutions and services that have been deployed in real life environments. CoMoSeF brought the C-ITS solutions and services to market and created the needed business models. 21 partners from Finland, France, Luxembourg, Romania, Republic of Korea, Spain and Turkey developed and deployed 11 different C-ITS pilots, based on the common CoMoSeF architecture and taking the latest standards into account. CoMoSeF created several commercial C-ITS solutions. This paper offers experiences, service & solution descriptions and views for the future. The results of the project have been concrete and have huge commercial potential.
