Abstract
Voisiko datasta, yhteistyöstä ja jaetusta vastuusta syntyä teollisuuden seuraava kilpailuetu? Colife-hanke tutkii, miten moderni, datavetoinen omaisuudenhallinta voi parantaa kunnossapitoa, pidentää laitteiden elinkaarta ja tehostaa resurssien käyttöä.
VTT:n koordinoima Colife-tutkimushanke tarkastelee, miten yhteistyö ja datavetoinen lähestymistapa voivat uudistaa teollisuuden laitteiden ja prosessien elinkaaren hallintaa. Erityisesti kunnossapidon näkökulmasta tällä tavoitellaan parempaa näkyvyyttä laitteiden kuntoon, kykyä reagoida ennakoivasti huoltoa vaativiin kohteisiin ja tehokkaampaa resurssien käyttöä.
Could data, collaboration and shared responsibility be the next competitive advantage for industry? The Colife project is investigating how modern, data-driven asset management can improve maintenance, extend equipment lifecycles and make resource use more efficient.
The Colife research project, coordinated by VTT, examines how collaboration and a data-driven approach can revolutionise the lifecycle management of industrial equipment and processes. From a maintenance perspective in particular, this aims to provide better visibility into the condition of equipment, the ability to react proactively to maintenance-requiring items and more efficient use of resources.
