Abstract
A comparison P15 in the absolute pressure range 0,02 hPa … 10 hPa was arranged in 2003 between the Centre for Metrology and Accreditation (MIKES) and
the accredited pressure calibration laboratory K026 of Oy Beamex Ab. The
transfer standard was a 10 torr capacitance diaphragm gauge by CCM Instruments.
All the results of the Beamex laboratory were in a good agreement with the results of MIKES.
