Abstract
This paper describes results of a comparison of voltage amplitude measurements of complex waveform signals. A stable arbitrary waveform generator was used as a transfer standard and sent between four institutes in a round loop. Participants used different digitizers, different sampling configurations and algorithms to measure the signal voltage and to calculate the amplitudes of harmonic components.
