Abstract

In this article Tables 3–6 have the wrong order. Due to the addition of the appendix Table 6 contents to Table 3 caused all subsequent table contents to get bumped to the wrong slot. There’s also the issue with cell positioning in two tables which were not corrected. The numbers represents two cells and thus needs to be centered in between the rows. Also, the Table 5 (really should be Table 4) is now missing headings that were mistakenly removed. The original article has been corrected.
