Abstract
The objective of this document is to provide a systematic
and critical description of current knowledge concerning
railway suicides and trespassing accidents, and to
describe and review the methods and tools that have been
used for the prevention of such incidents. The analysis
is based on scientific literature and research reports
and on reviews of planned and ongoing relevant projects
at national, European and global level.
