    Abstract

    The paper discusses the eco-efficiency of building process. The focus is to identify and specify the essential requirements of the process with reference to, the roles of different actors, the necessary knowledge and facilities of different actors, the information management and transfer of information between different actors especially with regard to requirement management and product specific information.
