Abstract
Chemical behavior of cesium iodide (CsI) under steam condition was investigated by a reproductive experiment of the CsI transpot behavior in Reactor Coolant System. The results show that Cs compounds other than CsI and gaseous iodine was formed as a result of chemical reactions of CsI with steam.
