Abstract
The study of an open-shell electronic structure giving rise to the highly entangled spectral features of photoionization and Auger electron spectra was presented. The understudied electronic structure was that of an atomic Sn on the 4d photoelectron. Synchrotron radiation was used to measure the Auger spectrum from atomic tin. The study devised the relativistic Dirac-Fock calculations to obtain the energies and intensities of thermally excited electron transition processes.
