    Abstract

The increasing wind power penetration in electricity systems is becoming more and more significant considering the system operation. Therefore depicting wind farm behavior under different system operation circumstances is of importance. For this, models for wind farms are required. An essential part of construction of proper and reliable wind farm models, is model validation. The most reliable way of validation, is against actual wind farm measurement data. In this paper, disturbance measurement data recorded in a wind farm and nearby substation is being analyzed.
