    Abstract

    The main object of this paper is to increase understanding of internal corporate renewal. Four viewpoints on corporate renewal are identified in the literature - innovation, strategic renewal, organisational change and organisational learning. The study was conducted as a case study. The empirical data was collected in the innovation management system and innovation strategy process development projects of the case company A. Furthermore, the innovation management system of the case company A was compared with the innovation management systems of four other companies in a multiple case study. The checklist of element of corporate level innovation management system was verified as a self-assessment tool
