Abstract
An experimental thin film circuit consisting of two Josephson tunnel junctions coupled together by a microstrip transmission line is described. One junction is operating as a signal source and the other as a dectector. Changes in the current-voltage characteristics of the detector junction indicate strong coupling between the junctions at microwave frequencies. An approximate calculation for estimating the coupling efficiency is presented.
