Abstract

The present invention relates to a food contact plastic composition with recy- cled food contact high-impact polysty- rene content The composition com- prises: - recycled food contact high-impact pol- ystyrene in amount of 50-85 percent by weight, - unused virgin food contact high-im- pact polystyrene in an amount of 7-45 percent by weight, and - a food contact impact modifier in an amount of 7-20 percent by weight. The present invention further relates to a method of producing such a food con- tact plastic composition with recycled food contact high-impact polystyrene content.
