Abstract
Lactobacillus crispatus is a common member of the beneficial
microbiota present in the vertebrate gastrointestinal and human
genitourinary tracts. Here, we report the genome sequence of L. crispatus ST1, a chicken isolate displaying strong adherence to vaginal epithelial cells.
