Abstract
The GRAIL algorithm library developed at VTT Information
Technology, is a software package aimed at the field of
vehicle routing and scheduling. The library provides an
overall routing and scheduling optimization system
capable of handling very large data masses reasonably
quickly rising modern heuristic algorithms. The
implementation is easily adapted to customer-specific
needs and is portable to various computer platforms.
