Abstract
In line with the "One stop shop" project's overall objectives, this document is made to facilitate the process for companies intending to establish a One Stop Shop business for holistic renovation of single family homes.
The authors have studied different business models that have been launched in the participating countries. Based on the lessons learned from these cases and combined with the authors’ substantial experience in business development, this guideline should be helpful for companies planning to develop the market for energy-efficient renovation of single family homes.
The guide is meant to be practical throughout the process, starting with analyses and preparations and ending with implementation and how to follow up.
