Abstract
This paper describes the new single-phase harmonic power standard of VTT MIKES. The standard is based on a custom digitizer, which is developed for AC metrology in the laboratory, and for field measurement campaigns. Test signal generation uses a dual channel arbitrary function generator, a voltage amplifier, and a transconductance amplifier. Reference voltage and current measurements are respectively based on a capacitive-resistive voltage divider and two different types of resistive shunt designs.
